Yes! When performed professionally, teeth whitening is safe and effective. At Elite Whitening, we use high-quality, FDA-approved products and techniques designed to brighten your smile without damaging your enamel.
Most of the over-the-counter methods will only remove extrinsic stains. Professional teeth whitening will not only remove those extrinsic stains but can penetrate into the enamel and remove some of those intrinsic stains as well.
Sensitivity generally comes from over-exposure to a whitening solution and varies per client. You should be careful not to whiten too frequently. As licensed dental professionals, we can put you on a whitening schedule routine so you can obtain a white smile safely.
Our in-studio sessions typically last between 30 to 80 minutes, depending on the treatment selected and your desired results.
Our clients can expect to be 4-10 shades lighter after their whitening procedure. Results will vary per client, those with severe staining may require additional sessions.
We recommend that you book a touch-up appointment instead. The results will be far more satisfying and efficient. However, consult with your Elite Whitening Profesisonal for at-home whitening suggestions to prevent over-exposure.
We recommend waiting until after pregnancy and breastfeeding to undergo whitening, as a precaution — even though many whitening agents are considered safe.
Ideally, book your session 1–2 weeks before your event to give your smile time to settle and look its best.

Results can last 3 to 6 months or longer, depending on your oral care routine and consumption of staining foods/beverages (like coffee, wine, or tobacco). We offer touch-up sessions to help maintain your bright smile.
We recommend to get your teeth whitened before you get a crown or veneers. Please keep in mind, any dental prosthetics such as fillings, crowns, bridges, or veneers will not whiten.
Charcoal teeth whitening products have been trending, but studies show they aren't very effective. In fact, charcoal toothpaste can permanently damage and discolor teeth. This occurs when the abrasive nature of the gritty charcoal wears away enamel. Enamel loss is permanent, and we strongly recommend staying away from these products.
