No Refund Policy for Deposits

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following policy regarding deposits:

1. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% Service Cost is required to secure your appointment.
2. No-Call, No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, your deposit will be forfeited.
3. Late Arrival Policy: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced service or rescheduling, and your deposit will not be refunded.

We require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If it’s more than 24 hours before your appointment, you can make changes through your client portal.
Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours may result in loss of your deposit.

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy. Please assure you bring valid photo identification to your appointment. Failure to bring proper identification may result in forfeiting your deposit and having to reschedule your appointment.
